Our first year Bachelor of Culinary Arts and Business (BCAB) students enjoyed the hospitality of some of Martinborough's finest culinary and wine producers. It was a fantastic learning opportunity for students to experience what the region has to offer and to get an inside look at a range of different small business models.

我们学校烹饪艺术与商业学士学位课程（Bachelor of Culinary Arts and Business (BCAB)）一年级的新生受到了马丁堡顶级美食与葡萄酒生厂商的盛情款待。对于学生来说，这是一次难得的机会，通过这次实地考察学生们可以切身体会到这个领域需要为客户提供哪些服务，并从内部了解该行业间不同的小型经营模式。

Providing students with the opportunity to experience outside classroom activities is proven to enhance their theoretical learning. During the semester students are able to participate in a range of offsite activities that provide a holistic learning experience.
事实证明，提供课外活动有利于强化学生的理论学习。这个学期，学生们可以参加一系列的课外活动，通过这些课外活动学生可以有一个全方位的学习体验。
