"I was born in Israel and moved to Tahiti at the age of 21, where I discovered my passion for food. Living on an island far away from everything made me become very creative concerning baking and cooking, using fresh local ingredients.
“我出生在以色列（Israel），在21岁时搬到塔希提岛（Tahiti），在那里我发现自己对美食非常有兴趣。生活在岛上远离一切，使我可以利用当地新鲜的原材料积极发挥创造性进行烘焙和烹饪。

At the beginning, I was cooking for my family, elaborating new dishes and desserts filled with colours and spices. A few years later, I started getting orders from friends, and slowly, everyone on the island knew about me. This is when I decided to open my own little catering business. I wanted to learn and improve my baking skills and my dream was to go to study at Le Cordon Bleu, reputed to be the best cooking school in the world, but it was too far away… until they opened a Le Cordon Bleu school in Wellington, New Zealand, only five hours away from Tahiti. I decided to study Patisserie and realized my dream. It was interesting to go back to study after so many years… I enjoyed every minute of this adventure and learned so many new things. 
刚开始，我为家人烹调，尽心尽力地开发色香味俱全的新菜品和甜点。几年之后，我开始收到一些朋友的订单，慢慢地，生活在岛上的每一个人都认识我了，知道我擅长烹饪。就在那时，我决定开创属于自己的小型餐饮业务。我想学习并提高自己的烘培技巧，我的梦想就是可以去蓝带（Le Cordon Bleu）学习，蓝带以世界上最棒的烹饪学校著称，但是学校却距离我生活的这个岛非常遥远，直到学校在新西兰（New Zealand）开设了蓝带惠灵顿（Wellington）校区，那里距离塔希提岛只有5个小时的车程。我决定去那里学习西点，实现我的梦想。离校多年以后又重返校园读书是非常有趣的….我很珍惜在校学习的每一分钟而且学到了很多新的东西。

After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu, I got a job offer from Ruth Pretty Catering and worked there as a pastry chef. Then I decided to challenge myself by applying for a job at one of the most sought-after cafes in Wellington; Prefab. I am now in charge of the pastry department there, doing my best to bring new ideas and recipes while using the techniques I learned during my studies”.
从蓝带毕业后，我在Ruth Pretty Catering担任西点师傅。之后，我决定挑战自己，我去惠灵顿最受欢迎的咖啡馆Prefab求职。现在我负责管理西点部门，尽我最大的能力利用我从蓝带学到的知识带来新的想法和开发新产品。
